So check this out, on my last day of work, an unfortunate/fortunate event happened that shortened my day and I decided to drive down to San Diego to see Maura & Brandon! We kinda sat and chatted for a while then decided to go to Tiajuana. Ok so there was no sign or any persons that came on the bus and said "you can not come back into the United States without a passport, so i thought we would be ok. Wrong, you must have a copy of your birth certificate to accompany our drivers license to get back in if you do not have your passport. We were so suprised and not scared but beside ourself with the thought of not being accepted back to the US. I was laughing at this irony and Maura styarted to pray and truthfuly I thought Brandon was going to have a heart attack.
So it was not all bad, we got some really cool stuff over there and not sure but I think we had chicken tacos, or so we hope that is what we ate! We had a great time and we saw some very strange things like a truck driving down the street with 3 guys in the back weilding M-16 rifles. They looked like they were on a witch hunt and it was a bit uncomfortable. Overall we had some great laughs and even better discussions about life and our pursuit in it! Love you guys and I am so glad to have had the chance to see you both.
