Day 1: 1/12/2012
It is about 10:00 am on Thursday here in Iba. We ate at Chow King for breakfast and it is sure not my Tay Tays pancit but it was so good i had to order another plate. The food in town is incredible, and the food prepared by Kuya Rey and Cathy (under Taytays review of course) is the best. I feel as though I fit right in. I was paid a very high compliment by Kuya this morning that "I look as though I am a local philippino by the way I eat the food. Although it is very very hot, (did I say HOT) I meant really hot. it is so amazing to relax under the cabana/hut in the yard and nap....
We are justhome from town and yet they are already preparing food for today. It is amazing to see how family just jumps in to help and pitch in. Alot to be said about family tradition.
In one pic you can see the boss Shaquille Oneil. He is half Lab half Boxer.. You do not want to try to get in the yard without Kuya Rey or Cathy, he will get your ASS! So it is best to be good to him.
His siblings are Brittany Spears and Justin...lol
